Enquiry about the deposit to be refund
hi,
i have terminated the service since last month, and i have outstanding balance of $44.23. Can you please to inform your payment department to offset from the deposit which still not refunded.
I have send the email to the customer service, but it seem no responding on my enquiry. Please to assist. Thanks

You need to contact Starhub Acct & Billing dept. during office hours.
Call thru Hotline and listen to the voice prompt to Billing section.
The process may be held back for certain reasons.
They may be waiting for you to contact them, as they may had contact a different phone number or non exist.
They may need your permission to transfer to another acct with the same name nric address.
Or your residence address in order not to be sent to a wrong address.
Many possibilites as what i stated.
In most case, this Final bill may take some time, maybe around 4 weeks.
As they may be not sure of your decision, such as sign-up new services &or have existing services.
Finally, they need you to confirm, such as your name nric address, etc; before they can proceed.
This is to avoid any mis-understanding.
