Deposit refund

I just want to ask if spass holder, do i still need the deposit of $200. Coz i just recontract today. And staff said i no need the deposit and call starhub on how to claim back the deposit. But when i called, the staff said i can only have the deposit when i terminated the contract. It sounds so confusing. So which one is true now.

As for any refund, you can contact Acct hotline 1637 during office hours; Mon - Sat  from 8am to 9pm.


Alternately you can write to forum staff to assist you on this matter.

Do include the Official Address, as the Acct dept will send the cheque to, if any.


Please submit and provide with the following information;

Registered subscriber name, NRIC/FIN number, Mobile number &or other services, and any other details;

My plan is only 1 year promotion sim, i pay deposit $200 before, If i transfer number to other before 1 year, do i get back deposit refund $200?
