Convert old 3G plan to LTE..

Hello there, I was wondering if it is possible to convert my existing 3G Smartsurf 300, which expires on June 2014, to the new LTE plan without affecting the current ongoing 2-year contract?

Should not be a problem. There might be a charge applied too, depending on plan you are changing to.

There would be a one-time charge of $ 10.70 for change of plan.
Note that your local bundled data would be adjusted according to the new plans and you would not be able to change back to SmartSurf 300 again if you change your mind somewhere down the line.

Hi,

does the existing non LTE plan have access to the following features? or only the new SmartSurf plans?

Also, if only SmartSurf, is the DC-HSPA+ and HD Voice options available islandwide or only after mid 2013?

this is from your website: http://www.starhub.com/content/mobile/priceplans.html

Superior coverage
StarHub's 4G LTE network coupled with the advanced DC-HSPA+, offers customers an improved peak downlink speeds of up to 75Mbps1 and 42Mbps1 respectively. Customers can expect increased data capacity, improved speeds and reduced latency.

plus there's this HD Voice
HD Voice New
Now, you can hear your loved one better with HD Voice! Available to all customers SmartSurf plans, HD Voice offers greater voice clarity and reduced background noise.

I am still using the old SmartSurf plan.
Not too sure about the HD voice.

If I remember correctly, they are still in the process of extending the 4G network islandwide and completion is expected in 2013. Thus, the advanced DC-HSPA+ coverage would vary from location to location as it is not covered islandwide yet, for the moment.
