Change of Postpaid number
2 to 3 weeks back, I have called starhub to request for change of HP number to a specific number. I was told that within 3 to 5 working days i would be receiving a call to keep me posted. After 2 weeks plus, i have yet to receive any call. When i called in this morning again, i was informed that my request has been rejected yet no one called to inform and follow up.... Now that i called in, i am expected to wait for few days again. May i know if this is the service that you are providing to your customer????
