Bill Payment Extension

Hi Officers,


May I kindly request a bill payment extension from 6th December to 8th December? It is due to my standing order with my other bank account requires a longer than normal processing time.

Is the outstanding only for the current charges? That's to say that there's no carried forward balance from the previous month. If so, a few days of late payment is fine. You do not need to request for the extension. 


However, if the bill is for the current charges plus overdue charges from the previous bill, you should reach out to our customer care team on Facebook ( for assistance.
