I just moved into the new condo at Bedok South Ave 3. Amazingly there is no 4G / 3G Starhub signal.
Please advise how can I report this to Starhub and get this fixed

Oh dear, I can see why you're concerned. Have you restarted your handset or tried placing your SIM Card in another handset to see if the issue recurs?

Restarted. All 4 phones has the same reception issue. No signal bar on iphone and samsung phone.
The new condo is Eco. My unit is [removed for privacy].
