Hi @Hock01, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Just to check, are other StarHub mobile subscribers also experiencing the same? Have you tried to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card to another device to see if the issue persists?
A few of us (StarHub users) also experienced 2-3 bars of signal
