Weak Signal at Compassvale Cape 541288

My phone signal is horrible at home and badly serving me during WFH arrangement. Always getting 1 or 0 bar for 4G signal or will drop to 3G signal.

It always causes my call to be intermittent breaking up and sometimes worst when the call just drop.

The estate here is coming to 5 years and its just gone from bad to worst.

Please kindly assist.

@user_0e795a Does your phone have wifi calling? Try turning it on and see if it helps.

just enable it and will test it out.

But still hope starhub will resolve by adding a mobile station nearby

never check with neighbors but the signal was 2-3bar previously till it drops to 0-1 bar.

anyway wi-fi calling works well. Thanks for the recommendation.

Hi @user_0e795a, sorry to hear you are experiencing poor reception with StarHub. Just to check, are other StarHub mobile users also experiencing the same in the area? Please try to reboot your phone with the affected line or reinsert the current SIM card into another device. This is to determine whether the SIM card or the device is at fault.
