Very very poor signal & network data coverage

Very very poor signal & network data coverage. Totally impossible to make phone call or access the internet. Always zero or only 1 signal bar. Location is around Upper Peirce Reservoir Viewpoint. Please do something about it. Like install a booster or something. I m a paying customer but very angry & disappointed with starhub very very poor signal & network data coverage.

Hi @user_3d6502, I'm genuinely sorry to hear you are experiencing poor reception with StarHub. Just to check, are other StarHub mobile users also experiencing the same issue? Please try to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card in another device to see if the issue persists.

@Carla_P All starhub user are facing the same issue. Done it & still the same issue. Can u guys do something about it?? Like install starhub booster near that area.
