Sim Card no Bars

Good day!

I have no bars in my sim card. It's funny because earlier in the morning, I was still engaged with the customer representative using it. But after an hour or so (until now), the signal is completely dead.

I have tried:

Turning my phone on and off
All the codes
Removing and inserting the sim card

Any advice

?

Hi @user_24f1e7, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! I'm sorry to hear about this. Have you tried to insert your SIM Card to another device to see if the issue persists?
