poor response

I intended to be a new customer and begin to have a WhatsApp conversation at 68201633, tried multiple times but the response was either delayed or no response. I had numerous conversations via business account via WhatsApp but this is the only time had to experience such poor service. just thought of informing so you'll be able to improve. i do have a snapshot of the conversation should you need more information.
