Phone network data not working
Despite numerous attempts to contact contact the customer service none of them their so call technical team call to resolve the issue as promised. Done my part go down to the shop customer service change the sim card and testing with others phone the network data just don't work. How long should i still wait? This already going to 2 weeks. Damn starhub.

Hi @Svtwkf, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. It usually doesn't take long to resolve this kind of issue. Just to check, are you on postpaid or prepaid line? Please ensure you have the correct phone settings by referring here. Moreover, try to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card to another device to see if the issue persists.
