Low quality mobile network

I am facing with Low connection mobile data about one week. Even I reset my network setting still drop connection. StarHub doesn’t care about it that I report it from Facebook messenger. They just give me basic troubleshooting methods. Anyone facing with this problem?

Hi @Sundayking, apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. Does this issue occur in one location only or more? Have you tried to reboot your phone and insert your SIM Card to another device to see if the issue persists?

@Carla_P Hi, i have facing with this issue in many location. I don't have extra device to test. I have rebooted my device many time.
