How to connect Mifi Device with Starhub Postpaid sim card.

I had used the TP-Link M7310 4G LTE Mobile Wifi device plug in the Starhub Postpaid Sim Card, but the device show me the 'no sim card service '. Can anyone assist?

Have you tried to insert the SIM card into another device to see if the issue persists?

The sim Card no issue with my mobile phone, only no working with the Mifi device.
