Feedback on poor network coverage in Sakra Avenue Jurong Island

Hi Starhub, 

I have been a Starhub subscriber for 10 years and of late (after the Covid re-opening of offices), the network reception is exceptionally poor, such that I receive messages/whatsapp several minutes later and also webpages do not load, etc. Often, I will need to use my phone on another network as hotspot to connect to this.

Please look into this urgently.

Hi @llysrkt, we're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your network coverage. Just to check, did you try to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card to another device to see if the issue persists? Also, are other StarHub mobile users also experiencing this?
