Data surge(10.3Gb) within an hour.

I have been using wifi for the whole day and when drove out of my house (10 mins)  and reaches another location, I connect to wifi immediately. I receive sms saying I exceed 80% and then 90% at 8 mins later. All along my data usage is pretty consistently Low on a daily basis. 

it’s impossible to use 10gb less than an hr because I only use my data for a short period(10mins) and I did not download or watch any video.

This incident happen last month and I believe the problem lies with starhub and hope there is a investigation being done.
