Why is the Starhub app so buggy?

What is wrong with starhub app? I linked it to

giro, and it stopped making payment for 3 months, which resulted in late payment fee, the guy on the helpline say it can be waived but it didn't get waived, now i switch the payment to credit card and it still didn't get through, and caused another late payment fee?

It doesn't allow me to pay cash too. Such a terrible app.

Hi @user_f05ae6, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Have you tried to check the status of your GIRO application if it has been successful? Also, when you changed to recurring credit card payment, did you receive a notification? Since usually a system-generated email notification will be sent to StarHub customer email address tagged to Hub iD and letter of notification (hardcopy) will also be sent out upon approval.
