Trouble unlocking and activating Hub ID

Hi there,

I know this question has probably been posted many times before but despite trying the methods posted in this forum, I’m still having trouble unlocking and activating my Hub ID. 

Seeking assistance.

Hi @Twiggy, sorry to hear that you're having issues with your HUB iD. Just to check, what error message do you get when you try to unlock and activate your HUB iD?

It says that I haven’t activated my Hub ID yet. And I have trouble activating my Hub ID even before getting locked out
