Transaction is success but Starhub app show bill still has not been paid

Hi,

Last night, I paid the starhub postpaid bill via Starhub App on Android by using Master Card. It said the transaction is completed successfully and substracted money from my bank account, however, when I recheck in starhub app, it still say that my bill has not been paid, and require me pay it.

 

What should I do now? Please help me. To day is the due date.

This may take 1 to 2 working days to be updated to your Account in the system.

So there is no need to worry.

 

As i had done this before, even paying on the due date.
