Starhub website and app

My starhub app not showing my subscribed services. I login via website and it shows zero services as well. I am hub club member. This only happens recently.

Hi Sofia, thanks for your reply. I did reinstall the app multiple times but the issue persists. I think its an issue beyond the app itself cos when i login my hub id via a n internet browser, there isn't any services tagged to my account although i'm subscribed to all 3 services.
