StarHub eAppointment without available timeslots

To Whom May It Concern

 

It has been weeks since iPhone 8 & 8 Plus launches, since then I have NOT been able to arrnage for an eAppointment via app or online. Can someone look into this? OMG

Hi Amy, 

 

Appreciate your swift response. May I suggest that eAppointment slots exclude iPhone X sign-ups. I faced same situations earlier when iPhone 8 and 8 Plus was launched. From Customer Service POV, StarHub Service Centres/ Customers shouldn't be focusing on mobile sales right? 

 

Thank you and I will do a walk-in.

The iPhone X launch is soon so the eAppointment slots are put on hold currently. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
