Hub ID upgrade problem
I am unable to link Starhub account with my Hub ID. It shows the following message on my account.
Your Hub iD is currently not linked to any StarHub Account. Link and upgrade your Hub iD now!
When I click the "Link and upgrade your Hub ID", it prompted me to key in my NRIC. After submitted the NRIC number, it showed "The NRIC / FIN you provided already exists in the system. Please enter new one."
How can I link Hub ID with my StarHub account? Can someone help me?
