Hi @user_14db0a, we're sorry to hear about your decision to terminate your mobile and broadband service with us. Please contact our Customer Support via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below to request for the termination of your mobile service. For your broadband service, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:


Fibre Broadband
- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor

 

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Do note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Moreover, please note if you're still under an existing contract then you will incur early termination charges. Thank you.
