Very Slow Internet Speed for 1Gbps plan

Hi Starhub ,

 

 

Can I just check , what's the issue with my connection per below . I have restarted my router and Modem last night but I am getting this kind of speed  ?

Have you tried to do a factory reset on your router to see if the issue persists?

Yes, tried

it persists 

starhub back end done an ip refresh on their end and it persists 

they are not helpful beyond this
