Unstable Internet Connection

I’m sign up starhub fibre broadband , for the past week my internet connection is very bad .it will disconnect n connect back continuosly. I called 1633 but there was no follow up service option. I tried resetting the router a few times but the problem still persists. Please advise.

Hi, when you called 1633 do direct to Broadband Technical support line, not CS.

The Tech support staff will able to see your connection if there is any issue at their side.

Best to contact them when this issue happen again to assist you.
