Unable to connect to internet

HI starhub,


My fibre broadband has been down for 1 day, the issue is my router does not indicate a green light to show its connected to the internet. the indications of the modem shows that its connected to the internet. I restarted the modem and my router umpteen times but the problem still persists.


Pls advise me what I should do, I need to get my internet up asap
