Terminated Mobile Broadband But Did Not Receive Credit Refund

My MaxMobile Lite 6GB was terminated in Juy 2018. There was a -$5.66 credit left in my bill. To-date I have not yet received this credit refund. Can you look into this and reply me?

Date of Bill: 17/07/2018

Total Outstanding Due: -$5.66

 

I used to pay Starthub bill by recurring credit card debit. My credit card account has not received any refund todate.
