This depend on which broadband service are you on contract, as you did not indicated.
For Cable broadband and if there is no device to return.
You can contact HOTline 1633 CS to terminate, as this is with immediate effect.
Alternately you can write to forum staff to assist you on this matter, refer to last para.
For Fibre broadband, as you have to return the ONT to certain Starhub shops to terminate.
Location: Plaza Singapura level 1 only/Tampines Mall/Nex.
Should you required further assistance, do write to forum staff.
Do PM (private message) forum staff to look into your case on this matter.
On top right next to your name click on the Icon and select the Message icon.
As in email format, select >> Compose New Message
In the *Send to; forum staff >> Amy_Law, Jolene_L [Note: Do input exactly or copy & paste.]
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber Name, NRIC/FIN number, contact, email.
How to send a PM (Private Message) on StarHub Community?
i am not starhub staff &or related to.

Hi,
Ive been on hold on the 1633 hotline for the past 37 minutes but since I’ve to return to life, I’ve decided to drop a note here instead.
My dual broadband contract has ended and I’d like to switch to the 1gb plan instead. But not sure if the “customer care consultants are still busy” isue is going to become the bane of my existence if I continued to remain with Starhub.
Either way, I’d like to terminate the dual broadband plan.
Please contact me at 98449931 if necessary so that I can get this done.
