STARHUB PACKET LOSS!!!!!

i HAVE BEEN NOTICING ALOT OF PACKET LOSS FROM STARHUB SIDE AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHATS THE DEAL HERE?

Hi @huurrific, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Just to check, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried to reboot both your ONT and router to check if the issue persists?

yes i have multiple times already

i am on wired connection and it doesnt seem to be a problem on my side cuz when i plug it straight into the router it there is still packet loss

Since after you've rebooted both your ONT and router didn't work, it's better to reach out to my colleagues via Facebook by clicking the link below for further technical assistance.

Starhub had this exact same issue with packed loss from March to early May of this year. After numerous complaints on these forums from multiple people, Starhub made no effort to fix the issue and constantly said it was our own problem. A collective 100+ people having a problem from their end, when after doing a traceroute check concluded it was star hubs end from their servers to an overseas server. Somehow the packet loss was resolved in June but suddenly has started happening again ever since the start of this week. Hopefully this time StarHub actually listens to its customers instead of ignoring them for 3 months as they have already done.
