Hi  @Andy Schmid

The links to the Starhub speedtest for Fibre Broadband only;

Edit:  Do click on the links below for the speedtest.

Starhub Local Speedtest

Starhub International Speedtest

Do note that you have to directly connect to Starhub.com

If you connect thru other means, such as VPN service, it will not work.

Hi  @Andy Schmid

Which webpage are you using, as you may be in an older webpage which link is incorrect.

Using your address in the picture, this appear.

Broadbandspeedtestinternationalus.JPG

The result if using VPN to access Starhub speedtest.

Broadbandspeedtestinternationalus_PureVPN.JPG

As you can see, it will not allow access, as similar to your pictures.

There are also cable broadband speedtest which may be different webpage from fibre broadband.

Hence, i mentioned that you need to visit directly to the link, without going thru another means, such as using VPN which result as shown.

Note:

Starhub recently make some changes in their websites.

If you are accessing thru another browser, then you can highlight to Starhub that you cannot access properly.

This may be true, as Starhub is using IE on their website.

Although i am using Google Chrome, there is not much different.

They did have issue when design the My Starhub app for Apple handsets.

Even some other apps or website may also being inaccessible.

Regards

Eric.
