Router restart upon answering digital voice

Whenever I try to answer a call on digital voice, my router will auto restart. This affect my WiFi, StarHub TV and digital voice.

Have you tried to reboot your ONT to check if the issue persists?

Tried but still getting issue

Please ensure that all connections and cables are tightly secured in their correct ports.

If the problem persists, please power off all equipment and power on one by one in the following order starting from the Optical Network Terminal (ONT), router and set-top box.
