If you move yourself no charges. Just call 1633 and tell them your new address and when you are moving. Go to new place and plug in your devices.

Your broadband is cable or fibre?
There are charges for fibre relocation and it depends on availability at your new address

We have MaxOnline Express but I can't get any answers about changing the service to our new address.  I get promises for someone to ring me back.  I need internet as I work from home and we now have only 5 days to get it sorted before we move

Maxonline no issue provided you can shift the modem yourself and the new place is connectted to starhub network. Just call the customer service and tell them your new address. Moving the modem is also easy. Just plug out the co-ax and the AC power and connect back the same way it was connectted before. You won't go wrong.

That's what I thought when I contacted Starhub - I'm quite happy to do that. However, they tell me I need to have a termination point installed, as the property doesn't have one, but I can't get anyone to tell me when this will happen and how to go about it - still waiting for someone to call me back............
