poor service would like to move to other vendor

Starhub , as you are not providing services as per customer expectation , so i would like to discontinue my contract , as its a fault at yours end , why should customer pay penalty .

Please let us know who is breaching

already called multiple times to support , finally thy called last night &
but workaround did'nt work , same issue last 4 days
