need help to switch to fiber

I use cable for HomeHub now (contract expired already) and have to switch to fiber, but Termination Point is not installed in my home (HDB) yet.


Do I have to subscribe a new 24-month HomeHub package? or downgrade to Home Broadband to waive the TP installation and activation fee?


Anyone help? Thank you.
