Need help to configure mobile internet access on MIFI2352



I got a complementary mobile broadband SIM card when I renewed the contract for my home cable TV/internet. However, I can't seem to get internet access using the MIFI device. The MIFI device is working fine, as I can get internet access using a friend's SIM card with another Telco. Can I get advise how to configure the MIFI to enable access?


I don't mind going down to any Starhub centre in the east to get tech support on this. Thanks.
