Is there a Support team available for StarHub broadband ????? i have raised multiple complaints
We have starhub fibre connection(My bad we switched from Singtel !!!).
Every 4 months we get this issue, our internet connection goes off for 30 seconds and the router disconnects all the devices then it connects. because of this no stable connection.
also the speed of internet varies drastically .
No stable internet connection.
We have raised complaint on Feb 3rd(received an automated response), then again raised another complaint on 11Feb since we did not got a reply for any of the Request raised.
I am now coming to this Community portal.
Dont know where to go further if here also i did not get any help !!!.
