Intermittent of wifi connection at Bishan Area

Hi Starhub Team,

I would like to check my internet connectivity, it has been going on for a week that wifi will get disconnected a few times in a day. I need to keep on rebooting my router and modem then can get connect again!

Can kindly check on your backend what had actually went wrong?
