I have been calling 1633 for the sale people to call me regarding of MaxOnline contract till now alr

I have been calling 1633 two to check is there anyone call me about my scan barcode at the PC show to call me till now alr 10 days alr still no sign of it, i would like to know is that starhub serve their customer that way. I really feel disappointed with this type of service. Thks!
