home cable broadband - no call to confirm delivery time n date
Hi, I signed up for cable online and received an email that someone will contact me within the next 24hrs but no one did.
unfortunately due to a technical issue on your website, it kept stating error-try again. so i tried again 3 consecutive times because of the error message. after which, i received 3 confirmation emails. Are you able to check my status and have someone call me please?CR18070898615, CR18070898472 & CR18070898316. I called the hotline but was bounced from department to department with no one able to help me! pls assist!
