Getting 200 mbps download speed for 1gbps starhub plan

I am currently using the 1GBPS Starhub plan with an Asus RT-AC5300 router but, my wireless download speed for the 5G network is only 200mbps and upload speed is 47.37mbps. When using my AI mesh router which is an Asus RT-AC86U on wired mode, the download speed is 300mbps and upload is around 200mbps.

Any idea what is wrong?

Hi @forte012, generally, wired networks are much faster than wireless networks. Have you tried to reboot both your ONT and router to refresh your connection?

Hey Carla!

Yes I have but the speed is still around 200mbps which is very weird for a 1GBPS plan.
