Fibre is not working

Hi, I've re-booted my modem a few times as recommended, but it still does not work.

Please advise.

Hi @flfk, I'm sorry that you're having internet connection issues. Please try to reboot both your ONT and router to see if the issue persists. Let me know if this helps.
