Fibre Home Serve Termination

My contract will be finished on June 2020, I dont want to continue the services because Im no longer in Singapore please help me for options. I tried to transfer the account to my housemate we went to Starhub to facilitate the transfer but for reason I dont know the transfer did not push thru. The account is still active but I want to terminate it on June 2020.
