Deposit refund and pro rated bill for cable broadband

Hello,

My Cable broadband services has been terminated on 7th August, however I have been billed for the whole month (I have already paid the bill). I would like to get the pro-rated amount, and my deposit amount to be credited back to my account. Kindly let me know how to proceed further.
