DCM -712 U/S Blinking Green D/S Solid Green...no internet

I lost my internet connection for some reason on Saturday

 

U/S Blinking Green D/S Solid Green...

 

Tried removing cable reconnecting cables

, reboot the DCM-712

 

The cable tv sharing the same cable is working fine

 

Any ideas why?

Have you tested the connection using a LAN cable to your laptop/PC to see if the issues recur after a restart of your modem/ONT and router? Let me know with your full name, NRIC/FIN number, contact number and email address via Private Message and I'll arrange for assistance.

A1) Yes I have done all the above

 

I tried to send you a Private Message but keep getting the error saying recipient has private message disabled
