Connection accidentally cancelled, still not fixed after more than 2 weeks

As the service will go down on June 30, I called to enquire about my subscription and made sure they'd be cancelled on June 30 with nothing to do on my side, such as sending the modems back.

 

Somehow, my connections (I have 2) were cancelled on June 3. I spent a lovely time waiting on the phone for an agent to tell me that indeed, something odd happened, and that it will be fixed ASAP.

 

I just got home from a vacation after more than 2 weeks, and naturally, no internet at home. 

 

How do I get Starhub to reactivate my connections? I don't have fiber, I'm leaving the house at the end of the month, and I will not subscribe to something new for the 7 days left in the month.
