Cessation of Cable Services

Dear StarHub,

 

Referring to: http://www.starhub.com/personal/support/services-and-plans/broadband-ceased/cessation-of-cable-services-faq.html

 

StarHub’s HFC network will cease operations after 30 June 2019 and once the cable services cease, you will not be able to access cable TV, broadband and home phone services. We will reach out to our cable customers with a notification letter progressively before the cessation date to help you upgrade to Fibre platform.

 

I am currently a dual-broadband user but have not received any notification to re-contract?
