Cancellation of MaxOnline Ultimate

Hi,

 

I had cancelled my MaxOnline Ultimate at Starhub Plaza Singapura outlet on 3/9/16.

I am still received the payment for September bill charging me for $39.90.

Do I need to pay this bill and why I need to pay the full amount.
