Cable Moderm Signal not Turning on at my Block
Recently just signed up a cable moderm (maxonline - 100mbps) with Starhub. After installed there is no green light on us and internet. Starhub techinian just came and informed that the router is well working. Maybe the signal outside my unit not turning on yet. And have to make another appointment again. When I sign up this plan the Starhub salesman told me that my unit is ready (meaning got internet access)and now the technician says have to turn on the signal. When can I get internet access and online. I already suffer in this issue few days already.
