Bad 4G signal at Citylights Condo
Hi, I am a StarHub mobile plan subscriber and stay at Citylights Condo. Recently I experience intermittent 4G connection at this location. The condo is located next to Lavender MRT. The 4G network seems to be quite slow and drops off every 5-10min. The 4G will cease to work when that happens. It does manages to re-connect after I put my phone to airplane mode and back to 4G. Are you able to send someone down to check on the network at this area.
The phone is use is an iPhone 12. I did restart my phone but the issue still occur. i tried using my family’s handphone and it is also the same issue.
