I have recently re-contract with Starhub, while enjoy 4-months free viewing, I'm faced with problem unable to choose which channel I want to view.  Example when ON the TV, giving me selection choice only for Netflix, HBO, Asian; as initial said to your sales rep. that I only view channel 111, 823,106,107 but nowadays I can only view what Starhub want me to view.  If my viewing is limited to my choice I will cancelled such contract without obligation since you have failed your role as provider.

Hi @user_3cf4c8, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV service. First of, apologies that I had to remove the account number you posted here as this is a public forum to protect you. To address your concern, have you tried to reboot your set-top box to see if the issue persists?
